New all steel framed living, dining and kitchen extension to modest brick cottage. Requirement was for family friendly living space allowing children to play outside but still in view.
Mona Vale Beach
Preliminary design for a retirement retreat at Mona Vale beach. While the site was south facing the design was to capture north eastern sun and southern ocean views. Steel post and beam construction.
